That left fielder on your favorite team from when you were eight years old? He could easily be the next inductee into the HOPG*. The relief pitcher who had one random 40-save season then fell off the face of the earth the next year? Sure why not*.

We aim to immortalize the unsung heroes of baseball and remember the lives they’ve changed.
